azalea - nakaharae 'Pink E.S.'

I found an azalea with gorgeous foliage--I haven't seen the blooms yet. The tag on it said "Nakahari," but on searching the Internet, I think the spelling is nakaharae.

There isn't a whole lot of information about it on the Internet and the info on the tag was sketchy. All it said was "Dwarf , spreading azalea. Dense growing and bright pink flowers. Can be used as an unusual and pretty ground cover. Great for a rock Garden. Evergreen."

What I'd like to know is how high it will actually get and what will the spread be. I need to plan for spacing in its bed. Also does anyone know what the "E.S." means in 'Pink E.S.'?
