hi every one from a cool but just about sunny yorkshire

i bought a couple of beautiful pink azaleas in small pots with masses of flowers from our local market 2 for a pound iwant to plant them out but cant see them lasting long at that price once they have finished flowering should i dig them up and throw them away or deadhead them and hope they grow again next year
