I'm not familiar with pink Debutante, but Formosa, over time, will eventually grow to the size of a minivan here, in good soil and part shade. They take about ten years to get 6-8 feet tall and wide, in ideal conditions (hot and humid summers).

You didn't mention where you garden -- California, PNW or Coastal South?

I found your photos on photobucket by going to the main page and asking for Sassy270380 album. The Kodak one didn't work, either.

Little bitty azaleas will bloom the first year after they're rooted. All my rooted cuttings from last year have bloomed, teensy plants, big blooms, LOL.

I never did find Debutante.

They're very pretty on the Encore website, which says Autumn Debutante gets to a 4 x 4 foot size. It blooms again in fall, too. Nice.

Your photo storage probably has a 'share' feature someplace. Mine does.
