Are similar kinds being grown there, or would this represent a significant departure?

Actually, on the proven performers list for my area I seemed to have missed this listing:
R. degronianum ssp yakushimanum

Do you know off hand if Yaku princess is a hybrid of this group or one of the named varieties?
I'd hate to lose an expensive (30.00, for me anyway) plant when I could buy something more reliable.
However, the size and attributes would be perfect for a certain area and I love the coloration.

It's a hybrid, the other parent being 'King Tut'.
