Weston's Aglo is small leaved evergreen rhododendron.

From RareFind Nursery: "This related seedling of the better known 'Olga Mezitt' has enough differences to merit the use of both in the garden. It blooms about a week after PJM and a few days before 'Olga Mezitt'. The bright pink flowers are similar to 'Olga Mezitt', with a reddish throat, and yes, they are really pink and not the lavender-pink associated with PJM. It is a compact, lower growing plant and can be sheared back when young to get an even lower profile. The glossy aromatic foliage turns shades of deep red in the fall. 'WestonÂs Aglo' can take a sunny location and in early spring creates a truly bright spot in the garden. ("Olga" spelled backwards is "Aglo.")"

From Greer Gardens: 3' tall in 10 years, hardy to -25°F, blooms just before most rhododendrons, good flower and good foliage. "With the same parentage as ÂOlga MezittÂ, this flower exhibits many of the same super qualities, such as sun tolerance and early flowering. This upright plant has flowers of light pink with a reddish eye."
