Which type of azaleas do I have? And, are lace bugs already out?

I live in Maryland, near Washington, DC. I have two questions:

(1) A landscaper put a bunch of azaleas in my yard, and I'd like to see if someone can identify which type. I have included a link to pictures of examples - they were planted 1.5 years ago. I was told they were 3 gallon, 18-24 inches (I'm not sure if that was when they were planted or their maximum growth.). Now they are about two feet in diameter, growing more laterally than horizontally. The buds started to grow last week, April 15. Now, April 21, pink blooms are starting to blossom. Anyone know which kind/type of azaleas these are?

(2) Last fall I had problems with lace bugs. Some old leaves still show the damage (see picture link). But, it looks to me like some of the new leaves that just grew this past spring also have lace bug damage already. Could lace bugs be out already? If not, when do they start to attack azaleas?
