| I currently have several lavender colored azaleas in the front of my house. They are about 4-5 feet tall. They just opened up this week. I don't know what they are but I would like to put some more azaleas in the front of my house on the other side for balance. I'm looking for azaleas that have the same bloom time and will reach the same height. I'm especially hoping for a white early bloomer. |

| Lavender-colored and blooming in April in z6, probably Azalea poukhanense. 4-5' is not the limit for this azalea. I saw specimans of 7-8' tall and maybe as wide. White, about the same proportions and early blooming would be rhododendron dauricum 'Alba' ('Madison Snow'?), but in my garden it blooms two weeks before poukhanense. |
