| I have a rhododendron that has a branch lying on the ground. I would like to cut off the branch to make it look nicer. When would be the best time to do this? |

| The best time to prune without sacrificing blooms is immediately after the flowers fade. If you are past a hard freeze in your area and don't mind losing the flower buds on this particular stem, you could prune it now to balance the shape. |
