South Vancouver Island- low spreading old plant at the mall outside near beach.

Garden Centre there has no idea which it is; new leave now spear-shaped and ruddy;flowers have deep pink band on sepals.

Petals not deep yellow or buttery but a touch greenish, not much. Heavy heads of bloom and branches close to ground.

Can never find Internet sites with lots of pictures of named var.s by colour, only sales and growing sites.

What could this be? No fragrance; flowers 1.5" , deep, thickish sepal cup, no spots on petals.
