Rhododendron leaves pointing straight up

Hey everyone,

I planted two Rhododendron's this year. They are both doing fine, but the leaves on one of them are pointing straight up. It didn't start out this way. They are still green and moist and flexible, but I have never seen this before.

Does anyone know what may be causing this? If more information is needed, please lwet me know and I'll post what is needed.

Thanks,
Don

I have seen the new growth on rhodies (and kalmias) come out like that and as the new growth gets larger and matures, it flops down normally.

Thanks Jenny,

I guess I should just wait a while then and see what happens.

Thanks,
Don
