The Azalea Society of America lists several Christina's and doesn't have photos of any of them

Fred Galle in his book listed:

Christina (Belgian Indian) evergreen azalea with pink & white flowers.

Christina (Kaempferi) evergreen azalea with red flowers

Christina (Belgian Indian) evergreen azalea with pink & white flowers.

Small, bushy, evergreen azalea with lush, glossy, dark green leaves, 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 inches long. Flowers are borne profusely in large, showy trusses from late winter to early spring. Excellent choice for growing indoors in containers. Can be grown outdoors where winter temperatures do not fall below 20 degrees F. Plant as you would any of the other azaleas: high and in well-drained, acid soil, rich with organic matter.

Typically they grow to 4' to 6' in 10 years.

No, not from my head, I wish. I have about 100 rhododendron and azalea books and have compiled much of this information on my website. Also, the Azalea Society of America and the American Rhododendron Society have Journals and websites with much information.
