'Florist Azalia'

Hello
I recieved 2 beautiful Azalea plants for Mothers Day. They are labeled "Florist Azalea" and say nothing about planting outside. Are these just very young plants that I can treat as a shrub and plant out? Or are they an indoor variety that can't be outside for our extended winter season?
Thanx!
