Encore has their own website. In general their culture is the same as other azaleas. They need well drained acidic soil. In Texas, where alkaline soil is common, it may be necessary to use a raised bed with alkaline soil. The raised bed assured good drainage and provide a place where acidic soil with lots of organic matter can be used above alkaline soil.
