hello,

Well, my rhody bloomed a few weeks ago, now the blossoms are falling off and no more blooms. Is it done for the year, or is there something I can do to make more? It was pruned by the landlady some time ago, we have lived here for a year now and I habe done nothing except trim away the vines. I'm gonna try to post a pic of the beautiful blooms just 3 wks ago:

It's done blooming for the year. Your landlady has a strange sense of pruning. I realize there isn't much room there for a large rhody, but she could have done a lot better turning it into a tree. Before I retired I used to move rhodies that size all the time. I still do, but in my own garden now.
