dying azalea

Hi , we had a bad winter here and three of my azaleas all but died. Is there a way to promote new leaf growth (quickly). I know miracles don't happen overnight but I would like to get as much growth on them this year so they make it through the winter. 2 are planted this one is still in pot. Thank you

If it will survive, it will do so on its own schedule.
