They look like they are planted in clay with no mulch next to a white reflective wall in full. I would look bad too if I was put there.

They need good well drained humous acidic soil, not clay. Also, the root balls need to be soaked in water before being planted. They also like some shade.

I would prepare a good raised bed with good acid soil. Soak the roots before replanting them. Mulch the bed well after planting.

Water well when the soil begins to dry out. Don't let it dry, but don't keep too wet. Wet soil kills more azaleas then dry soil.

one more question, if anyone is still out there... we saw Miracle Grow for Azalea's, would that work? It said it's for acidic loving plants and we should spray every 7-14days on the leaves and then soak the soil.

No. I think Miracle Grow for Azaleas (the liquid) is more of a problem than a solution. It might be OK for house plants, but not field plants. Stick with a good powdered azalea food like HolyTone and only apply once in the spring and apply at half the rate specified on the package. But to acidify the soil use conifer bark dust, conifer needles, peat moss, and sulfur powder.
