Any thoughts on what azalea I have?

It was here in our garden when I moved into the house. It has the most lovely soft pink flowers with white on the inside. The flowers are semi double but not too frilly and the leaves are deciduous. Unfortunately it has been hit twice by falling limbs so I have no idea what size it should be, right now it is just one branch about 18" tall. I don't think it gets very big, though.
Would appreciate any opinions! I'd love more of these.
