Your plants are not established yet so the coming summer weather has begun to affect them. You now need to keep an eye on moisture levels and hot/windy weather.

Wilting occurs because the plant is loosing water thru the leaves faster than it can absorb thru the roots. Thus, any of these will trigger wilting: hot weather, windy weather, not enough water, etc. It is normal to get wilting this time of year because of the hot temperatures and reduced levels of moisture. And in your case, you have to add another reason: they were recently planted and are not well established yet.

If you are supplying enough water, they should be able to perk up a few hours after sundown and definitely by the next morning. Failure to perk up by the next morning would tell me that they need more water. If that happens, increase the amount of water on a regular basis until the Fall temps arrive.

In order not water in excess, I would check the moisture level with a moisture meter or by sticking a finger in the soil. Soil should feel moist (not wet!) to a depth of 2 inches. If it does not, they need water.

In sum, water the soil (not the leaves) early in the mornings; water deeply and infrequently such that the wilting episodes are rare & can be attributed to other reasons such as being windy that day; keep a good amount of mulch around the plants; and when watering, be careful of their tiny fibrouos roots because they grow in the top few inches of the soil.

Now is the time to check the plants regularly and water them, not fertilize. In about 1-2 years, they will be more established and will be able to handle the stress better.
