Hi I have had these plants for a while and figured I would post to see if anyone has any ideas on possible ids. Thanks in advance.

Growing in the woods all around my house...

A shady growing azalea.

A purple rhodie bloom. Always a very healthy looking plant and very full year after year.

Sounds like the first one may be growing wild there, with it being possible to find out what it is by looking at guidebooks or web pages on the local flora. It is definitely one of the eastern North American native azaleas.
