As far as I know only deciduous azaleas are yellow.

The closest fit to what you want that I know is

Arpege, a late bloomer that grows over 7' tall and is hardy to 0ËF. It is viscosum x Koster's Brilliant Red.

Most likely not. It is rather unusual.

The native azalea, Rhododendron Viscosum is called the swamp azalea since it will grow near streams and in other moist locations. The link below purports to know where you can find Arpege. Since I have no idea where you live, you will have to look it up yourself.
