I am looking for a source for the azalea named something like tomata hade. What can anyone tell me about it and where to get it. I am in Florida but do mail orders Thanks

Likely a transliteration of a Japanese name, try alternative spellings if searches not turning up much.

"Tama no Hada" (Pearl Complexion) Satsuke evergreen, white with deep pink stripes, occasional strong to deep selfs and white margins.

ASA site (link, above) gives Galle as reference. I looked there earlier, but didn't make connection with

'Tama no Hada' [Pearl complexion]: white with deep pink stripes, occasional strong to deep pink selfs and white margins, wide round lobes, 4-5"

under Satsuki Hybrids.

There's actually a pretty large number of commercial sites offering it, mostly wholesale which suggests it may be fairly easy to find in garden centers in season - where adapted. Florida may be too far south for Satsuki Hybrids, I don't know.
