NOAA predicted that this winter is going to be mild. They may be right, judging by these guy (Encore Amethyst Azalea):

Temperatures here have been mostly in the 60's/70s with a few weak attempts at a hard freeze. No wonder these guys are confused and still blooming in December. This may produce less bloomage in spring so it is a nice thing that is not necessarily a good thing. But, hey, Mother Nature is in charge so I will take the blooms.
