Recommendations on a very CLEAN (low litter) Evergreen tree

I live in Tucson and I have been doing a lot of research to find just the right shade tree for my backyard pool area but haven't had any luck.

The tree would be approx 6- 8 ft from my pool and it will be on the West side of the house.

I am looking for an Evergreen that is very very clean low litter, fast growing 20 - 30 ft and thornless.

I have looked into the Indian Rosewood, but I heard it is not tolerant to a very cold winter below 25 degrees.

The Evergreen Elm, is actually not evergreen at all in the winter.

The Mastic tree is too small and grows too slow.

The Willow Acacia has way too short of a life span of 10 - 15 years.

Australian Bottle Tree, gets too big and can be messy.

Does anyone have such a great "clean" shade tree in their pool area that does well in So. Arizona or am I looking for a tree that does not exists? ;-)
