how many hours of sun do you think?

I would think ornamental banana would look good...you probably wont get fruit with the lack of sun but it will grow pretty well... and who knows, maybe it will fruit for that added bonus?

I have a ficus tree in a pot on my front porch that gets little to no sun, it's been in a 24 in. pot for 12 years and has done great. I knocked it out of the pot a couple of years ago and root pruned it but it really wasn't rootbound. I also have an angel's trumpet in a pot that gets very little sun, it bloomed for me in Jan. last year, no blooms yet but the fragrance is heavenly. Split leaf philodendron does well, asparagus ferns, even giant bird of paradise. Fiddleleaf figs do well with no sun and can grow quite large.

Good old asparagus fern would enjoy those conditions too--it'll take anything from full shade to almost full sun and it's very tolerant of various watering schedules. You've got some great suggestions so let us know what you select and how it works out.
