sounds like you know what to do with the strawberries.
Your tomato is going to be a challenge... anything larger than a cherry is not going to be easy to grow here. Still worth trying. I would wait another couple of weeks to put it in the ground, but then as soon as danger of frost is gone, I'd put it in the ground and I'd get some shade cloth to put around it. That will help some.
Garlic... don't know what you can do with that one now. I suppose you can plant it. It should really be planted in the fall.
best way to keep cabbage alive here is to plant it for the winter (like in October) and water it well.
Salad blend should do fine because it grows fast. I wouldn't bother keeping it alive past the end of April because it will bolt (go to seed) anyway, once that happens, it's bitter and not worth messing with. plant it again in the fall. You can grow cabbage, brocolli, spinach and other greens all winter here, but those are definitelly not going to make it through summer.

If you want to grow something that will live through the summer: plant okra around March/april. They're super prolific, tough plants and you'll have enough to eat fried okra or gumbo every day till Oct.
We also would slice it and freeze it for the winter.
Squashes might be ok for a while, and cantaloupe and watermelon does fantastic here as long as it gets plenty of water.

oh another one that will do very well here is Armenian Cucumbers. they like it warm though, don't plant them before it stays above 60 degrees.
Oh and everything I say is related to Phoenix area, I just realized that you might be at a higher elevation, so I guess that would change the game some.

We'll I'm on the tempe/mesa border. All the vegetables are little plants that he got from Lowe's. I thinks that I just can put them in full sun. As far as I have read you can't. right?

The lettuce can keep going all summer iof you give it light shade and reliable water.
