The photo is pretty fuzzy, so this is a guess. It looks like either an Olive or Ironwood. Close inspection of the leaves and branches will give you a positive ID. If you have thorns it could be an Ironwood. Ironwoods have tiny leaflets - about 1/4 - 1/2 inch long. No thorns with leaves that are 1-2 inch long by 1/2 inch wide and gray green on top and silver on the underside = olive.
