Yellow leaves on my hibiscus

dreamindecor

I bought a yellow hibiscus last year in a pot. After the initial burst of beautiful flowers, it didn't bloom much. Now, many of the leaves are turning yellow. I've watered it every few days when the soil seems dry and have fertilized it every couple of weeks with Miracle Gro - now that the weather is nicer. I live in Scottsdale. I'd read here previously that you could water it with 1/2 cup of white vinegar in 1 gallon of water. Any other suggestions?
