The keyed blade adapter (connects the blade to the crankshaft) on my rotary mower broke last week. Can anyone point me to a mower repair shop in the East valley where I may find a replacement part?

I just took my rototiller into Grovers in Mesa for repair, they do a lot of lawn mower repair there too.
Here is a link that might be useful: Info on Grovers

Thx for the reply, bolt. I called around to several shops in the area, but not Grovers. None of those I did call had the part I needed in stock, and the price range to have them order it ranged from $20 to $45 with a couple "I'm not sure"s. I found it online (drillspotDOTcom) for under $13 delivered, $7 of that being shipping! The worst part is I just applied fertilizer a week ago before I knew the mower was broken. Hopefully that part gets here soon...

Ah good, glad you found the part!
