frozen shoestring acacia

This winter was ruff on my acacia

All the shoestring (leaves)turned brown, that has never happened before.

The tree is about 15-20' high with a trunk dia. of about 15"

The larger branches are still flexable but the very small ones are brittle and break easly.

This tree is in my front yard and I don't want to loose it.

It got extra cold here in Camp Verde this year.

Anyone got any suggestions

Only one: Wait and see what happens when the weather warms up. After new leaves start emerging, prune off all the frost-killed small branches and then prune to re-shape the tree if necessary.
