I used a landscape contractor named Gary Shipp of AASI ... they showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do, and except for one badly installed joint, it's been trouble-free.

Some tips:
Make sure they put ALL the dirt back into the trenches and stomp it down so it doesn't leave low spots where the trenches are.

Lay out your proposed drip areas and make sure you can water the different kinds of plants easily. Laying a few extra lines is CHEAP compared to going back and adding them.

I can turn areas on and off easily as the garden changes.

Also, DRAW MAPS of where the lines are and take pictures so you know where not to dig.

check into sub-surface drip irrigation ... save some $$$ on your water bill here in the desert ... maybe DIY one from Rainbird ...
