Purple Tree Collards

Anyone know where I can get purple tree collards here in the Phoenix metro area? I'd prefer established plants but would settle for healthy cuttings. I've tried two sets of purple tree collard cuttings I got off the internet but without any success (green tree collards are doing fine).

Honestly, I never heard of these, but now I'm intrigued. Maybe check with the folks at Urban Farm.
