Need help with Adenium

I got a 3' tall Adenium from a friend 2 months ago. At that time, it had no leaves. I was told it typically shed all leaves in the winter, but would grow them back in the spring. I repotted it and the roots appeared fine. However, it still does not have any new leaf now. Is it usual for adenium to be leafless this late in spring, or is my adenium at the end of its life?

Mine has not leafed out yet either. Resist the urge to water it. Truly. Death by water. Just: Try Wait Grasshopper.....

Yup, I agree with Mary, it's a bit early for them to leaf out. Just ease it into a nice warm sunny spot and resist watering it until it has several leaves emerging. Good luck and keep us posted! Happy gardening!

Mine is just starting to bud for new leaves as of about a week ago - some days there is a bit of rapid growth but just starting to come in!
