Pygmy palms dying

I have some pygmy palms that are dying. When they were planted my timer wasn't working right and I didn't notice it until the plants were looking brown. Its been a year and they still have some green on them but are 75% brown. What should I do? They get watered twice a week and are in light all day.

I've been told it can take some palms two full years to recover from severe stress incidents. Keep 'em free of pests and give 'em another year to come around.
