Mike, I think lily bulbs should be planted in spring. Put the bulbs in a small paper bag, like a lunch bag, in the veggie drawer in your fridge. This will give them chill hours. Good luck.

They are in the plastic bags and seem to be packed in something (maybe moss?), I did't open the bags. Should I take them out and put them in paper bags?
