Fountain part help

I installed a new pump in my three-tier fountain yesterday. The part that the pump cord goes through to go down and out of the fountain water basin (pictured, not sure of exact name) barely survived being removed and will likely need replaced next time.
Any idea exactly what this part is called and where you can buy it? (googled extensively, no luck)
The male threaded parts are 7/8" OD on the straight end that the nut/cap threads onto and 3/4" OD on the tapered end that threads into fountain base and there is a rubber bushing that the cord goes through inserted into the straight portion and the cap screws down on top of the bushing.
I WD40'd and wire brushed as much of the rust and corrosion off it as I could, washed in soapy water, rinsed, dried and covered all connections in pure silicone plumbers grease, but still not sure if it will survive the next maintenance. The rubber bushing definitely needs replacing next time.
Thx,
BC
