Those are aphids, my dear! You can kill them in many different ways: 1) blast 'em with the garden hose which breaks their jaws and gets them off the plant. 2)squish 'em with your hands! 3)spray with a (preferably organic) pesticide that kills aphids, such as insecticidal soap. You can get an organic, OMRI version of this at saferbrand.com or the local garden center. Now go get those little guys - the good news is that the aphids usually dissipate quite a bit when the heat is on in the summer!
