Iron Chlorosis?

I cannot recall the name of the shrub, but new growth has branches that are red. Anyway, the first couple months after being planted the three of them did fantastic. Then in april they began to turn whitish/yellow. I believe it to be over/under watering or iron chlorosis. Any suggestions?

It looks like it is to me. Leaves yellowing but the veins remaining green is a sign of it.

My Hong Kong Orchid tree had this 2 months ago and I just added iron chelate in the ground + spray that liquid iron that you mix with water all over the leaves and it fixed the problem in a week or two :)
