I have had this plant well over 2 years, but it is starting to turn yellow at the bottom of the leaves. What seems to be the problem?

More culturing background is needed ;- ie, location, watering method, soil, fertilizer and location. All this information is helpful to the
reader when asking for assistance.

Over watering is the problem. MILT need thorough watering about every 4-8 weeks depending on the amount of sun light they get. More sun light, more frequent the watering.
