the 11th annual Highlands Conference is happening this month in Payson-

Keynote speakers include author and desert permaculture innovator Greg Peterson of the Urban Farm in Phoenix and topics of Community Gardening, Farmers' Markets, songbird gardens, movable hoophouses, gravity-fed irrigation, vegetables for sustainable gardening, using wild herbs, home orchards, and vermiculture.
