Golden Bamboo

We live in Tempe. Recently (1 wk) planted golden bamboo in our yeard. Plenty of sun. Watering regime about 5-6 gallons per day. Leaves are turning brown. Have used Moon Juice but that hasn't worked yet. Any suggestions?

Golden Goddess bamboo requires partial / filtered sun. I made the same mistake and had to transplant it to shadier location where its thrived.
