mums w/bugs

My mums have some kind of a bug.
Its not aphids, its not thrips, and its not spider mites.
Its very tiny, thin, black, has wings and its sucking the heck out of the leaves. The leaves look like something aphids or thrips would do but no sticky stuff.
I wish I could take a picture but they are so small I need a 10 power mag. just to see them. The picture would just be a leaf with a black dot.
I have been spraying but it is just a war. Never had them before.
Any one got a clue?

You could try BT, shake it on with a flour sifter or such. Are they on the underside? if so you could lay some reflective paper on the ground to confuse them. They might leave if they don't like the light.
