I live in El Paso, TX where I think soil and climate is somewhat similar to that in Arizona. I have recently started a vegetable patch in my backyard. Could you all share your experience with growing yard long beans (vigna unguiculata). Did you have any trouble growing them without the rhizobium innoculation?

I am growing yard long beans this summer,just planted them and gave them something to climb and they are prolific to say the least.I don't know anything about an innoculation.
The only downside is that we don't really care for the flavor or consistency of the beans,so it ends up,lots of beans that we don't like.Go figure.
