 o
drip tape for vegetables

Has anyone had experience with using drip tape (T-Tape) for watering their veggie garden here in the metro Phoenix area? It sounds like it would be a better solution for me than my current soaker hose attempts.

Thanks for any input

I'm using the drip hose (not exactly t-tape) with excellent results. I ran two lines between three rows of vegetables, and then mulched it with a lot of shredded trees.

However, I have a timer, valves and the complete automated system.

The hose-end battery-operatied timers are CRAP in this heat.

I do the same as lazygardens but have been using hose end, battery operated timers with no problem. But they are not in direct sun, maybe that helps.
