Strange Mushroom?

This came up near a pipe that drips from the AC on the roof.
Anyone seen any mushrooms like this before?

I don't know what type it is, but I do get them in my yard from time to time when moisture is present. I agree with marymcp about what it looks like.

I was going to guess Chlorophyllum molybdites based on what appears kind of greenish spores, and right to me of year. Badly damaged or dispersed cap. No skirt kind of rules that species out however.

Yes, that is the second one to come up there. If you look in lower right corner of pic you see what's left of the first one.
I'm from Ky and had lots of mushrooms there but none like that! Yes, Mary I agree with you! As for damage it might have already been there a few hours when I saw it.
