It's going to be hard to find a vine that will stay green during the freezing temps. If you're okay with the vines dying back (they regrow in the spring), you have several choices. Clemantis have several blossoms that are shades of purple or lavender, same with climbing roses. A wisteria would work, but will be slower growing. Could also try a hardenbergia.
