Help with tree suggestions

We are at 4600 feet in the southeastern part of AZ. Just put in a pool last year, and now we will have a new neighbor just behind us, on the other side of a 5 ft. block wall. Because of the slope of the land, the new neighbor (house not finished yet) will be able to see parts of our yard and patio.

I know I'm probably in a dream world, but we'd like to find some trees that:

Âgrow rather quickly and get decently tall (8-10 ft)

Âare hardy in freezing temps

Ârequire little water once established and can go with the seasons like our mesquites

Âdo not drop their leaves or make a mess (because of the pool)

Âprovide good privacy screening

Does such a tree exist?

Hi, would you consider conifers, such as upright western juniper trees (like Skyrocket), or Cedar trees? Both are hardy, evergreen and don't use much water.

Arizona cypress? Alligator Juniper? Pinyon pine?

Or, how about an arbor and trellis with a nice vine. By the time it goes deciduous, swimming season is over.
