Caterpillars destroying various plants

Coligion

As I continue to expand the number of plants in my garden the number of issues I have seem to also rise. Right now I'm having issues fighting off voracious caterpillars. They seem to be targeting my Arizona Yellow Bells and Orange bells, as well as my yellow Esperanzas. These caterpillars are small and green and eat the new, soft growth of the plants. I can always spot them by looking at the sickly leaves or when they are stuck together by their webs.

I also have a different caterpillar that loves my passion vine. These are usually smaller with a hint of orange to them. They leave all kinds of blotchy marks on the leaves, but I can usually spot the eggs early on.

Usually I just go around and manually dispose of these caterpillars as I find them, but my plants growth are being heavily stunted. Any advice is appreciated.
