Need Lawn - ASAP

Don't know if it was the seed we bought. The weather. OR something else. Seed didn't grown. We bought the kind with fertilizer, mulch, and seed all in one. Anyone with suggestions?

Try again, is all I know. Right?

When were the seeds planted?

if it's just this summer then it's a bad time to do it since it's too hot during the day. The seeds have to be constantly moist to germinate.
