I have two Thevetias and they both survived all that frost this past winter (plus they were young). They burn up from the frost, but it quickly grew back, I'd say within a month once it warmed up a bit.

They were about $17 each, maybe even less at the Lowes in North Peoria. Happy Valley & Lake Pleasant Parkway. They usually have them in stock. I have a yellow one and one that is creamy colored - not sure if that's the apricot you had in mind but it was close. When I purchased them they were about 6 to 7 feet tall. Diana is the lady in charge at that store's garden department if you want to check before you head all the way out there.

All in all they are great trees, super heat tolerant, fast growing and I had tons of gorgeous blooms all summer.
