Wow 2-3 inch diameter stalks...My okra is barely reaching 3/4 to 1" stalks. I was wondering the same thing if it will do OK through winter and continue producing next spring. Alot of the stalks have lost their leaves yet still produce okra at the tops, I have been cutting those leave-less stalks to the ground or new buds when they don't have okra on them.
